After more than 30 years in biopharma leadership, Tamika Kelley saw the same challenge appear across organizations of different sizes: strong science can lose momentum when development strategy, clinical operations, regulatory planning, data, vendors, and leadership decisions are not aligned.
Having led global teams, managed large-scale operational and financial responsibilities, and worked across clinical, regulatory, analytics, and R&D environments, Tamika founded Shebre Health Solutions to give life science teams practical senior support at the moments when execution matters most.
Shebre's work is grounded in a KPI-driven operating system that helps teams clarify priorities, expose risks, strengthen accountability, and make better decisions before cost, timeline, or compliance issues escalate.
